Test Preparation
A natural teacher, Bob has attracted accolades from many parents (and students) through the years. What they are seeing, besides the scores, is that their children are growing into independent SAT or ACT testing strategists –– a natural outcome of the work the students have put into knowing themselves during the preparation.
Bob guides students through a careful examination and “revision” of their missed answers. This extensive process calls on the student to return to the basics of one question at a time. The goal of revision is to identify and name the source of the error; this pays off the next time the student is faced with a similar question on the next test. (Test makers use the same mix of question types on every test.) Errors can be grouped into three categories:
